This Foolish, Self-Centered, Egomaniacal Man Needs To Think About The Good Of The Democratic Party And The Good Of The Nation, For Once, And Step Down

With the sole exception of Barack Obama's "home state" of Illinois, Hillary Clinton has now BEATEN Obama in EVERY one of the "major state" primary contests in the country, including California, New York, Florida, Texas, and Ohio! No Republican has ever won the Presidency without winning Ohio. Bush saw very narrow victories there twice. If Gore or Kerry had won Ohio, they would have been elected President. It is almost universally agreed upon that the winner in November will have to win Ohio. Barrack Obama couldn't win Ohio among voters strictly from his own party and political bent. The Democratic Primary voters in Ohio preferred Hillary Clinton to Barack Obama by a rather WIDE margin (of 54% to 44%) and it is those same voters who will "make or break" the Democratic Party's nominee come November.

A recent Ohio Poll by the University of Cincinnati's Institute for Policy Research showed that the general election race in November will be tight. Each Democrat is in a virtual tie with McCain in hypothetical head-to-head match-ups. So, where is the sense in Democrats nominating and running Obama who is clearly the WEAKER of the two choices in terms of his popularity within his OWN party in Ohio and in virtually all of the other major, "must-win" states?

Most Hispanic voters, who represent a very significant percentage of the overall electorate and who may well be THE deciding factor in the coming election, are solidly behind Hillary Clinton! Some of those Hispanic voters may choose either to just "stay home" or to switch allegiance to Arizona's Senator John McCain should THEIR first choice for a Presidential candidate be turned aside by the idiotic "rock star" wave of Oprah Obama's "me first" campaign!

BARACK OBAMA NEEDS TO STEP DOWN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! If he does this, Hillary can quickly unite the Democratic party and begin the all important fund raising efforts and the other necessary preparations to defeat McCain and the possible tide of "coattails" GOP winners that McCain could conceivably bring with him to the U.S. House and Senate! If Obama does not do this, he becomes the newest "George Bush surrogate" by ensuring a continuation, under McCain, of the insane Bush/Cheney policies of endless, immoral wars abroad, and of economic ruin at home!

Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. recently defended his Chicago church — part of the United Church of Christ — and sought to deflect months worth of Internet rumors that he is a Muslim.

"Here are the simple facts," Obama said. "I am a Christian. I am a devout Christian. I have been a member of the same church for 20 years. I pray to Jesus every night."

Begging the question is what one does in an argument when one assumes what one claims to be proving.

An argument is a form of reasoning whereby one gives a reason or reasons in support of some claim. The reasons are called premises and the claim one tries to support with them is called the conclusion.

If one's premises entail one's conclusion, and one's premises are questionable, one is said to beg the question.

The following argument "begs the question."

We know God exists because we can see the perfect order of His Creation, an order which demonstrates supernatural intelligence in its design.

The conclusion of this argument is that God exists. The premise assumes a Creator and Designer of the universe exists, i.e., that God exists. In this argument, the arguer should not be granted the assumption that the universe exhibits intelligent design, but should be made to provide support for that claim.

The comments and claims made by Barack Obama, and quoted above, "beg us to question" if he is actually SMART enough to be President of the USA in this day and age. The facts that he is, apparently, also a graduate of both Columbia University and Harvard Law School would further "beg most reasonable people to question" if his above comments and claims simply reveal him to be neither a Muslim nor a Christian, but merely a very disingenuous, self-serving, manipulative, and opportunistic liar! Very few people who are smart enough to graduate from both Columbia University AND Harvard Law School come out of those experiences sincerely being "devout Christians" who "pray to Jesus every night," UNLESS they are politicians who hope to appeal to the less educated and more superstitious masses of the USA for their votes!

Most of the Founding Fathers of the USA clearly WERE NOT "devout Christians" who "prayed to Jesus every night" like some 10-year old child. But, of course, THEY did not have to "appeal" to the ignorant masses of the current American population for THEIR positions of power over them! We have already been through the worst Presidency in the history of the nation in George W. Bush, the stupidest, most dishonest, and most evilly black-hearted man to ever occupy the Oval Office, who ALSO claimed that HE was "a devout Christian" who frequently prayed to Jesus! Do we honestly NEED go through it all again, but this time with someone who has had EVEN LESS real experience in government than Dubya had prior to assuming the Presidency?

And all of this is to not even mention the fact that McCain and the even more extreme, far-right elements of the GOP will have "the balls" that Hillary did not have to use all the shameful "dirty tricks" and outright LIES in the standard Republican arsenal to scuttle and sink Obama to the point that he will become a national PARIAH rather than a President. For example, I'm sure they will harp continuously (and effectively) on his Muslim heritage, and on his admittedly extensive drug use when younger. Indeed, I would not be at all surprised if they were to actually produce younger female witnesses, at exactly the right point in time, who will attest in sworn statements to him having raped them, and even to him having sexually abused their tiny children! And, guess what? Lots of people will actually believe such charges against Obama where they would never believe similar assertions directed against Clinton!
