My guesses for this are: A: The Man With Two Brains B: Harley-Davidson and the Marlboro Man C: WarGames D: Bullseye E: Major League F: Field of Dreams G: Woody Allen's "Sleeper" H: Lean On Me
A. I haven't seen that movie... I thought of Weird Science but I don't think there was anything like that in the film.
B. Isn't that a girl on the back of the bike? Just wondering.. I have nothing better.. I thought of Grease II but I think Michelle Pfeiffer might have been wearing a pink ladies jacket?
C. It looks too high tech for Wargames? I was thinking Gattaca. They had spiral staircases in that one but I really have no clue.
D. No clue.
E. Clearly a baseball movie. I think this might be a good guess.
F. THIS ONE I KNOW. This one is Never Been Kissed with Drew Barrymore... I have seen that one.
G. I agree.... This one has to be Sleeper
H. I didn't think that was a classroom. It reminded me of something to do with business. See there is even a guy in the background. I also reminded me of Fever Pitch with Drew Barrymore because they do some kind of deal with a chalkboard planning the schedule for the Red Sox season... but I think it's in the kitchen and I'm not sure anyone is wearing suits.. plus that would be a LOT of baseball movies?
A: The Man With Two Brains (I own this film on DVD, and I've seen it once) To me, this screen shot looks rather more like my guess, above, than it looks like Weird Science-- I've seen both films. I'd stick with my guess.
B: Harley-Davidson and the Marlboro Man (is a film I've never seen) I agree. It looks like a girl on the back of the bike. The motorcycle seems to say "SPACE" on it. I have no idea, really, as to what movie it is; but I'm pretty sure they had girls in the movie I guessed above... still, it's probably dead wrong. You decide.
C: WarGames (I own this on DVD, and I've seen it about four times) Honestly, I doubt this is actually WarGames, so go with Gattaca if you like. The "World of Puzzles" magazine seems to be the big clue here. You decide.
D: Bullseye (also never saw this one) This guess, on my part, was a total "shot in the dark." I have no idea at all. You decide.
E: Major League (I never saw this one, either) I'm not sure about this at all, but it's the best guess I could come up with, and I felt reasonably good about it-- maybe only about 50/50, but that is a pretty high "positive" for this insanely difficult game. I'd stick with my guess, unless you get inspired.
F: Field of Dreams (I've seen this film once) I'm glad you know this one! I was just guessing what I did to have something to write down above. Go with your pick.
G: Woody Allen's "Sleeper" (I own this film on VHS tape, and I've seen it twice, I think) Yes, I'm close to 99% sure this answer is right.
H: Lean On Me (haven't seen this one, either; but I like Morgan Freeman, Robert Guillaume, and Lynne Thigpen!) I really don't know what movie this screen shot this is from, but it has a blackboard with what look like several "dollar amount figures" chalked into the spaces. There are TWO guys in the background-- one standing, one sitting-- and all three of these men seem to be wearing dark (maybe dark red?) neckties. Plus, there seems to be a fourth person outside, beyond the door or window, over the shoulder of the guy in front. You decide.
Okay... last chance for changes. This is where I am so far with this puzzle.. A whole lot of no help, I guess.
A: The Man With Two Brains
B: Harley-Davidson and the Marlboro Man? Easy Rider? None of the clothing seems right. It actually reminds me more of something like Top Gun (though his jacket was different too). An 80's film??? Does Molly Ringwald ever ride on a motorcycle with anyone?
C: It's not either War Games or Gattaca, I am betting... the suit makes me wonder?
D: Bullseye (I have no clue.. for some reason I can picture some duo... Arnold S. and some one standing there but I have no firm idea... or maybe Dana carvey and someone?)
E: Major League (let's guess this.)
F: Never Been Kissed
G: Sleeper
H: Lean On Me (I don't really think this is right... the money thing on the boards is what is throwing me... What about Mr. Holland's Opus?)
So, if we're lucky, we'll get four out of eight correct. That's not even a "passing" grade most places. I'm not sure I see the attraction you feel for imposibly difficult games. (???)
Yikes... only three right. But one we each knew and one that you provided and one I provided....
A. The Man With Two Brains B. Pulp Fiction C. Mercury Rising D. Bachelor Party E. Bad News Bears F. Never Been Kissed G. Sleeper H. Glengarry Glen Ross

Well, at least I've seen THREE of those eight films.
I'd seen three as well.... Bad News Bears, Pulp Fiction, and Never Been Kissed...
