After a brief bit of reflection, it occurred to me that Ben Affleck and Carrie Fisher both appeared in "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back." Therefore, I decided to make this round just a tad more interesting by picking Peter Lorre instead of Ben Affleck.
I hate to replace a courageously outspoken, hardcore Democrat like Ben, but I have always liked Peter Lorre's work as an actor, even though I have no clear idea what his politics were.

I figured this one out immediately and have been convinced I could get it in less than six... guess not.
Peter Lorre to Humphrey Bogart in Casablanca
Humphrey Bogart to Lauren Bacall in To Have and Have Not
Lauren Bacall to Barbra Steisand in The Mirror Has Two Faces
Barbra Streisand to Walter Matthau in Hello Dolly
Walter Matthau to Meg Ryan in Hanging Up or IQ
Meg Ryan to Carrie Fisher in When Harry Met Sally
The Blues Brothers.....Carrie Fisher/Dan Aykroyd
Blues Brothers 2000.....Dan Aykroyd/John Goodman
Sea of Love.....John Goodman/William Hickey
The Producers.....William Hickey/Zero Mostel
A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.....Zero Mostel/Buster Keaton
Around the World in Eighty Days.....Buster Keaton/Peter Lorre
The above solution is the one I came up with on my own.
-----------------
This next one is the one I came up with AFTER you reminded me that Alec Guinness was one of the actors who had been in a film with Carrie Fisher:
Star Wars.....Carrie Fisher/Alec Guinness
Murder by Death.....Alec Guinness/David Niven
Around the World in Eighty Days.....David Niven/Peter Lorre
